Oceans of Time encourages longer vacation stays and offers reduced rates for each additional week booked. The minimum stay is one week, maximum is one month. The smaller your party and longer the stay, the lower your overall rate will be. The house is setup as an excellent gathering spot for adults. Each bedroom is their own quiet separate haven from the rest of the house. Due to the house having a large infinity pool and very unique carved doors and furniture, we are not accepting children under 16 years of age or pets.

POOLSIDE FIRST FLOOR RENTAL
2-4 Guests - The basic rental rate for a one-week rental of the poolside 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit is $450 US per night. This rate drops with each additional consecutive week booked. Two-week or more rentals - $425 US per night / Three-week or more rentals $400 US per night/ Four-week or more rentals - $375 US per night.
(Maximum occupancy for first floor is 4 guests)
The poolside rental includes access to the entire first floor, master bedroom with king bed and guest bedroom with queen bed, both with ensuite bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, laundry, and exclusive use of infinity pool and outdoor patios. (2200 square feet)
NOTE: The upstairs penthouse would not be rented to a third party when the poolside unit is rented unless it is agreed upon prior to making the booking.

ENTIRE HOUSE RENTAL
5-6 Guests - The basic rental rate for a one-week rental of the entire villa is $650 US per night. This rate drops with each additional consecutive week booked. Two-week or more rentals are $600 US per night / Three-week or more rentals are $550 US per night.
(An addition guest is $25 per night with a maximum of 7 people)
This rental gives access to the entire house – the first-floor unit described above with the additional second floor penthouse apartment, an additional 800 square foot locked unit.
The second floor adds an additional living room with queen size pullout couch, kitchenette, master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, and upstairs outdoor covered patio area.
Low Season Rates:
May 1st to September 1st
All stays during low season are at the above rates discounted by 15%
Oceans of Time will be closed for September and October for Hurricane Season. Due to the rainy weather and restaurant closures during that timeframe, it is not an ideal time to be in Placencia.
Penthouse Rentals
The upstairs penthouse apartment is offered as a rental to couples looking to stay for a period of 1 week up to a month. This is a totally separate locked units within the villa. Guests would have the entire penthouse apartment including one bedroom with a king-sized bed, 3-piece bathroom, walk-in closet, living room, kitchenette (full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, 2-burner electric glass cooktop, all cooking essentials), laundry, covered second floor patio with dinette set, wi-fi & TV and shared use of the infinity pool and pool deck.
Rates: $225 US per night for 1 week+/$200 US per night for 2-weeks+/
$175 US per night for 3-weeks+/ $150 US per night for one month rental

PLEASE NOTE: During the Christmas and Thanksgiving Holiday periods, Dec. 20th to Jan. 2nd and Nov. 22nd – 30th there is a minimum price of $450 US per day for 1-4 guests and $650 US per day for 5-6 guests. This is the very peak rental period for the peninsula.

*All rentals are charged an additional Belize Tourist Board (BTB) tax of 9%. This tax goes directly to the Belize Government and helps Belize provide essential services in the country. There is a cleaning fee of $75 US per week which goes directly to our housekeepers.

**You will be booking directly with the owners of Oceans of Time and there are no additional fees as seen on websites such as VRBO or AirBnb. By booking directly through the owners and not having “host” and “service” fees tacked on to the rental price this will save renters approximately 20% to comparable homes on those websites.
